How to Authenticate to Get the Latest Versions
Authentication is required to download the latest versions(device firmware / updater).
When you click the download link, the authentication screen will be displayed. Please enter the following informations.
・Serial number is alphanumeric characters containing "DG" or "BA" on the back of the NEEDLEWORK hardware device.
VA： Alphanumeric characters containing "VA" that described in the documents submitted at the time of delivery.
・Maintenance ID is described in the documents submitted at the time of delivery.
If you don't know the maintenance ID, please contact us from「Inquiries after purchase」.
・In principle, we only respond to inquiries from companies that have purchased our products.
