NEEDLEWORK serial number
- HW : Alphanumeric characters containing "DG" or "BA" on the back of the device.
- VA : Alphanumeric characters containing "VA" that described in the documents submitted at the time of delivery.
NEEDLEWORK versions(Firmware, Updater)
- HW：Check it from "Firmware Update" in the dashboard menu.
- VA：Type following command on the terminal where NEEDLE WORK is installed.
Model name and OS version of the test target device
